Leisha Blaylock, FNP-C

Background

Leisha Blaylock, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-C, joined the Wise Health Clinics in 2014. She previously worked as a clinic coordinator and a mobile unit supervisor for My Bariatric Solutions. She also has experience as a surgical nurse.

Leisha earned her Master’s in Nursing from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. She has two children and two grandchildren. Her hobbies include camping, gardening and spending time with family.
