Wise eHealth doctors are U.S. board- certified physicians, certified in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Pediatrics. Our doctors can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for your non-emergency conditions. This includes treatment for the flu, sore throat, eye infections, bronchitis and much more.
No. Wise eHealth does not replace your primary care doctor or your child’s pediatrician. Wise eHealth should be used when you need care for non-emergent medical issues. It is an affordable, convenient alternative to urgent care and non-emergent ER visits.
Wise eHealth provides general medical care for patients (ages 2+) for many non- emergency illnesses, including flu, allergies, sinus infections and more. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
You will follow the same process as requesting a visit for yourself. You will be prompted to fill out a pediatric medical history for any children less than 7 years of age.
The child must be present during the video visit; however, the level of child involvement is at the discretion of the doctor. In all cases, the doctor will speak directly with the parent or guardian.
Visit requests are answered as quickly as a provider is available, while you rest in the comfort of your own home or on the go. Upon requesting a visit, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room until the next available doctor answers.
Yes, all Wise eHealth doctors can prescribe short-term medication for a wide range of conditions when medically appropriate. Wise eHealth doctors do not prescribe substances controlled by the DEA, non- therapeutic and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential abuse.
The cost of a Wise eHealth visit is $45*. There is no time limit for the $45* flat fee cost. This visit is paid at the time of service using your debit or credit card.

You will be notified when the doctor is ready to see you. If you miss your visit, you will be returned to the end of the queue.
The visit request is cancelled after three attempts from the doctor.
Yes. Just like any doctor appointment where an evaluation takes place, which may ultimately lead to a referral to a primary care physician or specialist.
Yes. You have access to your electronic medical record at any time. Log into your account and view your visit history to download a copy of your visit information.
Yes. Health records are kept completely private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
