Registration Steps
Step 1
Open the Wise eHealth app or visit ehealth.wisehealthclinics.com, and you will see the Registration Screen.
Select the “Register Your Account” tab at the bottom.
Step 2
Once you have entered your registration information, you will see this wheel as the account is being registered internally.
Step 3
Your registration is complete once you answer these two security questions.
Step 4
You will be prompted to enter Medical Information details.
Step 5
YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE! You will now see this screen, which allows you to “Request a Visit” simply by clicking on the tab at the top of the screen.
